SCT SMART HOMES CREATORS was founded under the leadership of Mr. C. Srinivasulu and his son Mr. S. Charanyadav. Ever since its inception, it has grown into one of the most prominent real estate companies in Hosur
Mr. C. Srinivasulu has experience of 30 years in the field of real estate and construction. He had established Sri Balaji constructions during the year 1990 and has also undertaken a lot of projects which include independent villas, luxury apartments, Hospitality sectors, commercials, and so on.
Some of the flagship projects are located in Manjushree Nagar, Golden homes, Tejas residency, M.S.Garden and M.S.Garden extension, Akshara homes. He has also developed modern apartments with four stories in the name of Govardhan apartments with all the modern amenities.
ABOUT CO-FOUNDER
His Son Mr. Charan Yadav after successfully completing a Bachelor of Architecture with Distinction from the School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, Chennai joined with his father, is an additional feather in the cap. They together began the SCT SMART HOME CREATORS, which primarily focuses on infrastructure development and construction.
The company is planning to deliver 5 lakh sqft to its customers within the next three years. With great professional principles along with a focus on high standard quality in construction, the firm was able to deliver landmark projects in and around Hosur and also extended its footprint to Karnataka.
With an ultimate motive to adapt to the ever-evolving architecture, construction, and sustainable technologies which will enhance the quality of living of the customers, SCT SMART HOME CREATORS was started as a separate wing to focus mainly on the new age technologies which will be implemented in all its future projects.
